Yes, we ship to all of Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. We also ship to select European countries that include the following; UK, Germany, Denmark, the Netherlands, Switzerland, France, Sweden, Finland, Poland and Ireland.

All international orders are shipped via DHL Express with all Duties Paid. This means that all import taxes and duties are prepaid. No additional fees will be collected from the customer.

Most international deliveries are made within 4-6 business days, although more remote locations can take a couple of extra days. All international shipments are fully tracked from door-to-door.

If your destination is not listed above, we apologize that we're not able to accommodate direct shipments to you. However, some of our customers have successfully used 3rd party international parcel forwarding services.

What is your return/exchange policy?

We offer 60 days to accommodate any returns or exchanges of non-defective products. In some cases, we can accommodate returns and exchanges past 60 days, but these will be decided on a case-by-case basis. Any returns after 60 days will only be offered store credit.

What items are eligible for a return?

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you've purchased a tent or tarp and would like to set it up in your backyard, please do so on a dry, clear day to keep the tent/tarp as clean as possible. Pitch the tent/tarp on dry grass if possible and use other stakes if you have them available. This will keep the tent/tarp and stakes in an unused condition to facilitate a return.

If items sent back for a return/exchange show clear signs of use (excessive dirt, animal hair, etc.), the return/exchange will be rejected and the items will be shipped back.

Are shipping fees refundable?

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the initial cost of shipping your order (if any) will be deducted from your refund.

Is return shipping free?

No, the cost of return shipping will be subtracted from the refund amount. We will provide a prepaid return label for the return shipment. The cost of return shipping will be provided to you along with the prepaid return label.

Please note that due to our shipping volume, we have access to significantly lower shipping rates than retail. As a result, the cost of the return shipping will be much lower, resulting in a higher refund.

How do I initiate a return/exchange?

To initiate a return/exchange, please email us at support@pariaoutdoorproducts.com with the following information:

  • Your original order number
  • The items to be returned/exchanged
  • The reason for the return/exchange

Once your return/exchange request is received, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label along with the cost of return shipping. If you decide to proceed with the return, please use this label to send the items back to us. We will only accept returns that are shipped via the prepaid return label. This ensures that the shipment will be trackable and insured.

Once the returned items are delivered and inspected (please allow 1-2 weekdays for inspection), we will issue your refund or exchange.

When a refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment and you will receive an email notification. Please allow 2-5 business days for the credit to appear.

Quality tent, great price, a couple flaws

I have had this tent for about four years and have used it a handful of times. I was looking for a 1 person tent to replace my 2p 15-year-old Hubba Hubba tent as most of my trips are solo and reviews of the new Hubba's are absolutely dismal. This is not a bad tent. There are a couple of flaws that make it a little less comfortable and that require a bit of planning for.

Pros: Very well made. The quality and materials are above what I expected. It came with something like 14 stakes, enough to stake out all points and still have spare. It's very simple to put together. The poles are colour-coded so you know which end of the pole structure is for the front vs. the back. It comes with a groundsheet, which is a nice touch. One of the biggest pros of this tent is the size. I think it fills a niche that's missing in the backpacking world... size-wise, it's right between a 1p and a 2p. It is only about two inches narrower than my 2p Hubba Hubba.

Cons: The door design is a major flaw. If it is raining, there is zero chance that you can get in or out of the tent without getting the inside wet due to the slope of the door. The bottom slopes out quite a few inches past the top, and the tent's door flops down into the tent when opened. The vestibule provides no protection from rain unless it's closed, it does not overhang the door at all when it's opened. You can see this in the pictures here on the tent. The next problem is with the zipper on the fly. In heavy rain, the rain seeped down through the zipper and then right through the mesh and onto my sleeping bag. I did experience issues with the rain coming in up under the fly as well, so the following night pitched the fly closer but this severely reduced the breathability which resulted in a significant amount of condensation throughout the tent, to the point that in the morning, even the tent floor had a layer of condensation, which means so do did my sleeping pad and parts of my bag where I slipped off the mat during the night. The best way that I have found to deal with rain/condensation in this tent is to skate everything fully, open the small flap at the top of the back of the fly, and unzip the vestibule door about 2 - 3 inches. I used my poncho to cover my sleeping bag in case of seepage and managed to stay dry with no condensation buildup.

Things to keep in mind that I don't consider flaws: This tent has one loop for hanging something from the top. There isn't a way to string up a line to hang wet socks or anything like that. As an alternative, I would lay my damp socks on the tent under the fly.

For the price, this tent can't be beaten. If you are camping in places and during seasons where you don't expect a lot of rain, this tent is phenomenal for the price. I have another trip planned in September and have been extensively researching new tents and right now, considering the price of tents and the meager weight savings between tents of similar size, I will probably keep this tent and use it on my next trip. I would recommend this tent to anyone who doesn't want to pay $700 for a similar size tent, and who understands that it's not the best for rainy situations.

This tent is unreal. Where do I ever start? The quality for the price that you are paying is top notch. First time I used it it got a work out. Rained all night (a good amount to) and this thing held up with ease. Water beaded right off like nobody’s business. It is more like a 1 1/2 person tent than a 1P. So much room inside. Put my backpack in the tent because of the rain and It
still felt roomy. No claustrophobic feeling at all. If your on the fence about buying this. Trust me, do it

So glad I discovered Paria

Super stoked about my 2P tent. It’s only a few ounces heavier than my beloved 15 year old 1P that I payed significantly more for even back then and obviously more spacious. I’ve also added the solid inner body to make it a legitimate 4 season option. Set up is a breeze and I’ve used it enough times in various conditions that I can report that the quality is stellar. What a value, highly recommended!

Compete with the best!

I purchased the 2P because as they say, a 2P tent is barely a 1P tent. Well in this case, this 2P tent truly is a 2P tent. I have a little too much room for just myself! Super roomy floor and lots of headspace. I typically share my Big Agnes Copper Spur with whoever I'm with so I've been spoiled in that tent but can say this Bryce 2P competes for sure!

Price - considering this comes with a footprint, stakes that are similar to the groundhog's design, and guy-lines!? Are you kidding!? It's literally a one stop shop. Big Agnes sells the footprint separately for $80....

Setup - fast and easy. Only wish the color coordinated poles matched colors on the tent as I installed in backwards at first but oh well, I wasted 30 second of life, no problem.

Strength - has a MAJOR thunder storm come through, incredible winds and rain and this tent didn't budge or sag one bit.

Feel - the materials seem thicker than my Big Agnes Copper Spur. Can't speak to real durability but the materials seem great and don't wet out when rained on which allows for a taut rainfly and good water drainage.

Customer Service - my wife damaged my rainfly days after I received the tent causing a few tears. Reached out offering to purchasing a replacement if possible and they decided to ship a new one for free. Unreal. This place will have me coming back and telling everyone about it.

Bryce 2p Tent

This tent performed fantastically for what it is. The setup is really easy to learn. The vestibule space was quite large and was able to fit mine and my friends packs. Some downsides that I may point out are the zippers for the rainfly. They glide silky smooth but this can make them get caught on the Velcro attachments and cause a disruption in the zipper. Another problem is that if you fully stretch out the vestibule space for the rainfly, the zipper at the bottom is extremely hard to reach making it difficult to open and exit the tent. I also wish that the inside mesh had a zippered opening to access the back window on the rainfly instead of needing to do so from the outside. This was inconvenient as neither me or my friend wanted to go out in pouring rain to open it up to have a little air flow. The lack of airflow caused a lot of condensation to build up in the rainfly, but as it is a double walled tent, this didn’t cause much of an issue, but definitely something to look out for.
Other than a couple issues, the tent was fantastic and I definitely recommend for any body considering.
