Yes, we ship to all of Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. We also ship to select European countries that include the following; UK, Germany, Denmark, the Netherlands, Switzerland, France, Sweden, Finland, Poland and Ireland.

All international orders are shipped via DHL Express with all Duties Paid. This means that all import taxes and duties are prepaid. No additional fees will be collected from the customer.

Most international deliveries are made within 4-6 business days, although more remote locations can take a couple of extra days. All international shipments are fully tracked from door-to-door.

If your destination is not listed above, we apologize that we're not able to accommodate direct shipments to you. However, some of our customers have successfully used 3rd party international parcel forwarding services.

What is your return/exchange policy?

We offer 60 days to accommodate any returns or exchanges of non-defective products. In some cases, we can accommodate returns and exchanges past 60 days, but these will be decided on a case-by-case basis. Any returns after 60 days will only be offered store credit.

What items are eligible for a return?

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you've purchased a tent or tarp and would like to set it up in your backyard, please do so on a dry, clear day to keep the tent/tarp as clean as possible. Pitch the tent/tarp on dry grass if possible and use other stakes if you have them available. This will keep the tent/tarp and stakes in an unused condition to facilitate a return.

If items sent back for a return/exchange show clear signs of use (excessive dirt, animal hair, etc.), the return/exchange will be rejected and the items will be shipped back.

Are shipping fees refundable?

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the initial cost of shipping your order (if any) will be deducted from your refund.

Is return shipping free?

No, the cost of return shipping will be subtracted from the refund amount. We will provide a prepaid return label for the return shipment. The cost of return shipping will be provided to you along with the prepaid return label.

Please note that due to our shipping volume, we have access to significantly lower shipping rates than retail. As a result, the cost of the return shipping will be much lower, resulting in a higher refund.

How do I initiate a return/exchange?

To initiate a return/exchange, please email us at support@pariaoutdoorproducts.com with the following information:

  • Your original order number
  • The items to be returned/exchanged
  • The reason for the return/exchange

Once your return/exchange request is received, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label along with the cost of return shipping. If you decide to proceed with the return, please use this label to send the items back to us. We will only accept returns that are shipped via the prepaid return label. This ensures that the shipment will be trackable and insured.

Once the returned items are delivered and inspected (please allow 1-2 weekdays for inspection), we will issue your refund or exchange.

When a refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment and you will receive an email notification. Please allow 2-5 business days for the credit to appear.

What about international returns?

If you are an international customer, the same 60 day return/exchange policy applies. To initiate an international return, please contact us at the email address above and provide the same order/item to be returned information. Great Tent But Not Great For Thru Hiking

I used the Arches 2p on the first 250 miles of the Colorado Trail. Over all this is a great tent. I would overwhelmingly recommend this it, though I wouldn't take it on a thru hike again.

Here are the things I loved:
It kept me warm and dry through a massive thunderstorm.
It is really tough.
Condensations was not an issue for me almost at all.
Really liked that it was double walled.
Great quality for the price.Seriously an awesome budget option.
So. Much. Space.

The things I was less than happy with are some what personal preference. They may not be applicable to you.

The things I didn't love:
I don't know if this was just me, but there were no instructions? I had to kind of figure out how to put it up by trial and error. Even just a video on the product page would have been helpful. Because of this I almost certainly set this tent up incorrectly.
It didn't come with guy lines for the side loops to hold the rain fly out.
The one of the adjuster on my rain fly broke which made it pretty difficult to adjust the rainfly.

I have a few other things that I would personally change, but are not actually issues with the tent.

Need for a better receiver for the trekking poles

I wish there was a pocket or a better area for keeping the top of the trekking poles in the rain fly. There is a tendency for them to slip out and move to the non-reinforced area. Otherwise the tent is great.

Great, lightweight tent

On our first trip out with this tent, it survived a small hailstorm and heavy rains. This is our first backpacking tent and we are very satisfied. Learning to set up a trek pole tent took us a few times to figure out but now we’ve got it. Overall, great piece of gear and you can’t beat the price.

Bang for the buck

Had this tent set up in some severe weather to test it before taking it into the field. I needed to make some modifications before I could get a solid pitch, but all that involved was swapping the lines on the rain-fly. The tent came stock with shock cord guy-outs which wouldn't hold a tight pitch. I swapped this with 2mm dyneema and the tent pitched drum-tight easily. The shock cord ties on the inner tent work fine, but my one complaint (and the reason for four stars) is the connection points between the inner and the fly leave too much slack in the inner tent so the mesh is a bit saggy. This was even with my poles extended to their max lengths. But, even so, the tent held up in serious winds and two straight days of heavy rain and the inside was bone dry. At the end of the day, that's what I want out of my shelter in the backcountry. It's a great product as usual, I've only had positive experiences with Paria!
